Social media support manager

Responsibilities will include:

Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensure that all customer inquiries, issues, and requests are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Process Improvement:
• Evaluate existing customer support processes and implement enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support management (chats or calls)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent Hindi

System requirements :

PC or Laptop is fine (must have high quality audio capabilities)
Strong and reliable Internet connections with a headphone with mic
Access to a quiet work environment

Working conditions:

- Remote work
- 2/2, day, evening or night shifts
- The 1st workning month:
9 - 21 (day shift);
15 - 3 (evening shift);
21 - 9 (night shift).
